Research at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Macromolecular Chemistry (IOMC) focuses on the preparation and investigation of novel polymers with special properties for constructional and functional materials, modification studies of polysaccharides and targeted synthesis of natural products and bioactive compounds, heterocycles, steroids, dyes and peptides.
